200 m run
10 pull ups
10 kb swing 1.5
10 wall ball sit ups

First round run was very fast and finished all unbroken. the next run was good but the next two runs were ok. Tried to get rigt on the exercise and not rest between sets. Looking to get back on a proper diet and maintaining workout intensity.
